I placed two separate online orders and sent someone to pick them up using the QR codes provided, which were supposed to be scanned at pickup. On 8/13/26, when my friend went to retrieve the orders, the staff informed her that they could only give her one order because one of the QR codes didn’t work. It makes me wonder, what’s the point of these QR codes if they don’t function properly? The next day, I sent my wife to pick up the second order, but they told her the order couldn't be found, so she had to wait until they located it. The customer service experience was far from satisfactory.
