Operations Manager (Dallas, TX)

Plan, direct, or coordinate DTF print pricing strategies, online order processing, and distribution of custom apparel products. Review sales reports, order volume data, and performance data to evaluate operational efficiency, identify cost reduction opportunities, and improve overall business processes. Oversee administrative and operational functions associated with digital printing services, including order intake, workflow management, and fulfillment operations. Prepare and manage employee work schedules; assign production, fulfillment, and quality control duties based on order demand and operational priorities.
