Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, or coordinate DTF print pricing strategies, online order processing, and distribution of custom apparel products.
• Review sales reports, order volume data, and performance data to evaluate operational efficiency, identify cost reduction opportunities, and improve overall business processes.
• Oversee administrative and operational functions associated with digital printing services, including order intake, workflow management, and fulfillment operations.
• Prepare and manage employee work schedules; assign production, fulfillment, and quality control duties based on order demand and operational priorities.

Required experience

2 years’ experience in the job or General Manager is required.
