I have been using DTF Order for several years. The quality and timeliness has always been exceptional. My current order, which was a simple reorder, had an issue that was not within the file submitted. The only resolution presented was to reorder at my expense. I emailed the original file to customer service to confirm the file was correct for processing and was confirmed. Just felt customer service missed the point and issue.
