How to Build & Order Your Gang Sheet
- Choose your sheet. Select a gang sheet size above, then click Build a Gang Sheet.
- Add your artwork. Upload your designs, set their finished dimensions, and duplicate the copies you need.
- Arrange and review. Check spacing, orientation, artwork quality, and the number of each design.
- Complete your order. Finish in the builder, review your cart, and choose shipping or pickup at checkout.
Do not mirror your images. Keep text and artwork facing the correct way.
What Is the Gang Sheet Builder?
It is an online workspace for arranging multiple designs on one DTF transfer sheet. Upload individual graphics and build your print layout directly in your browser.
Your finished sheet brings the designs together for printing. Garments and heat pressing are separate from your gang sheet order.

Artwork & Layout Guidelines
- Upload clear artwork: transparent PNG is recommended; prepare raster graphics at 300 DPI at their final print dimensions.
- Check the background: remove any background you do not want printed.
- Check the layout: confirm dimensions, copies, gaps, and orientation before ordering.
Do not mirror images.

Heat Press Settings & Instructions
Standard hot-peel DTF starting settings:
320°F / 160°CTemperature
6–10 secFirst press
MediumEven pressure
6 secFinishing press
Remove lint, briefly pre-press the garment, and position the transfer. Press, peel hot-peel film immediately, then cover the exposed print with a suitable finishing sheet for the finishing press.
Received cold-peel film? The standard guide uses a 15-second first press at 320°F with medium pressure. Let it cool completely before peeling, then finish for 6 seconds.
Follow any different instructions supplied with your order and test your fabric before a full run.
Durability, Washing & Storage
Consistent application and gentle care help protect the finish.
- Wait at least 24 hours after pressing before the first wash.
- Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softener.
- Hang dry, or use low tumble heat if the garment label permits. Do not iron directly over the print.

Choose from the shipping or pickup options offered at checkout. Production starts after design approval; artwork corrections and production volume can affect timing.
