Quantities: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, or 200 transfers.

Minimum order: 5 transfers per size.

Raised Details & Special Requests

Our team manually sets up raised—or “puffed-up”—details in our printing software. These areas may include lettering, outside outlines, and selected colors within your design. The placement and amount of raised detail depend on your artwork and our software’s capabilities.

Want specific areas raised? Contact our team or leave clear notes at checkout identifying the wording, outlines, or colors you would like raised. Provide these instructions when placing your order so we can consider them during production setup.

Artwork & Upload Requirements

• PNG files only. Upload your actual artwork—not a screenshot, garment mockup, or photograph of the design.

• A fully transparent background is required. Remove unwanted backgrounds, stray pixels, and leftover edges. A white background or a checkerboard saved inside the image is not transparency and may appear in your transfer.

• Use high-resolution artwork. We recommend 300 DPI at your selected print size. Enlarging a small image or changing its DPI setting does not restore missing detail.

• Low-resolution files will be printed as submitted. Blurry edges, pixelation, and other artwork imperfections may remain visible in the finished transfer.

• No neon or fluorescent colors. Our printing process cannot reproduce neon or fluorescent effects. These shades will appear as standard printed colors and may look less vibrant than they do on your screen.

• Review your design before uploading. Check spelling, colors, and small details. Submit your artwork in its normal orientation—do not mirror it.

*** How Your Artwork Affects Cutting ***

After printing, software traces your artwork’s outline to create a cutting path, and a cutter follows that path. Clear, solid edges help produce a cleaner outline.

• Blurry or jagged edges: These can create uneven cut lines. Incomplete background removal and stray pixels may also create unwanted outlines or extra small pieces.

• Faded or partially transparent edges: Shadows, glows, and soft borders may not produce a clearly defined cutting outline.

• Very fine details: Tiny lettering, thin lines, isolated dots, narrow gaps, and small interior openings can lose definition or become difficult to cut, handle, and apply.

• Small cutting variations: Slight differences between the printed edge and the cut line can occur, even with clear artwork. These may be more noticeable around tight corners and narrow borders.

• Visible white edges: Because these transfers use a white TPU base, a thin white edge or small white areas may remain visible around cuts or within tiny openings.

For the best results, choose artwork with clean edges, readable lettering, and details large enough for your selected transfer size. Intricate designs may need to be simplified before uploading.

TPU transfers require extensive printing time, manual setup, and additional production work. For this reason, we do not offer reprints on TPU orders.
