● Time: 4 minutes
● Pressure: Firm and even
Ensure your heat press or mug press maintains consistent temperature and
pressure across the surface. Allow items to cool gradually before handling to
prevent color fading or ghosting.
Sublimation Shirts (Polyester or Poly-Coated Fabrics)
● Temperature: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C)
● Time: 3–4 minutes
● Pressure: Medium to firm
A slightly longer press time (closer to 4 minutes) enhances ink transfer and
color depth for full-plaster sublimation shirts.
